Job Summary: The Assistant Manager – Industrial & Solar Services is responsible for leading and managing service operations related to industrial electrical systems and solar power installations. The role oversees project execution, maintenance activities, testing, commissioning, and technical support while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or AGTI in Electrical Power
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial electrical installations, control panels, power distribution systems, machinery, and solar photovoltaic (PV) system design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong capability in planning, scheduling, supervising, and managing multiple industrial and solar projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality performance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical, control, and solar system issues while providing expert technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Proven leadership skills to manage, mentor, train, and develop service engineers while fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards, electrical regulations, renewable energy standards, risk management practices, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
