Job Summary: The Assistant Manager – HV, MV & LV Services is responsible for leading and managing service operations related to High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems. The role oversees the execution of maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and project activities while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or AGTI in Electrical Power
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, testing, commissioning, and maintenance practices.
- Strong capability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex electrical faults while providing technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
- Ability to plan, schedule, supervise, and manage multiple service projects, maintenance activities, resources, budgets, and performance targets effectively.
- Proven leadership skills to supervise, mentor, train, and develop service engineers while ensuring productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, industry regulations, risk management, quality assurance practices, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
