Job Summary: The Senior Service Engineer is responsible for delivering advanced technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and repair services across High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), Renewable Energy (Solar), and Automation systems.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or AGTI in Electrical Power
- Strong knowledge of HV, MV, LV, Solar, and Automation systems, including installation, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting practices.
- Ability to identify root causes of electrical and control system failures, perform complex fault analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Experience in executing preventive and corrective maintenance, site inspections, commissioning activities, and ensuring service quality in field operations.
- Capability to lead on-site service teams, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and coordinate service activities efficiently.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, risk assessment, technical reporting, customer communication, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
