Job Summary: The Assistant Manager – Automation is responsible for leading and managing service operations related to industrial automation systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and system optimization.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or AGTI in Electrical Power
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMI, robotics, industrial networks, control systems, and automation architectures used in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in automation software, programming, system integration, diagnostics, fault finding, and performance optimization of automation systems.
- Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and manage automation projects, maintenance activities, resource allocation, schedules, budgets, and service quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise, mentor, train, and develop service engineers while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to understand customer requirements, provide technical solutions, resolve complex automation issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
