Job Summary: The Service Deputy Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Department in leading and managing service operations across High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), Industrial, Solar, and Automation systems.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or AGTI in Electrical Power
- In-depth knowledge of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems, industrial installations, solar energy systems, automation controls, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices. 
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop service engineers and managers, drive team performance, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing service projects while managing schedules, budgets, resources, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships, manage escalated service issues, negotiate solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with comprehensive knowledge of electrical safety standards, industry regulations, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
